Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellation received before February 1, 2008. Cancellations received February 4-11, 2008 will be refunded less $25.00 administrative fee. No refunds after February 11, 2008.

Hotel Reservations
The Conference Hotel is the Renaissance Oklahoma City Hotel at 10 North Broadway in Downtown Oklahoma City. Take advantage of the special OAR rate of $134.00. For hotel reservations call the hotel directly at 800.859.6877.
Don't delay - reservations must be made no later than January 21, 2008 in order to receive the special OAR rate.
