Statewide Housing Statistics
2nd Quarter 2008    

The average cost of a home in Oklahoma has increased by 2.62 percent compared to the second quarter of 2007. In the second quarter of 2008 the average cost of a home sold was $156,193 compared to $152,205 in the second quarter of 2007. Statewide, 12,840 homes were sold in the second quarter of 2008. This is 18 percent less than the number of homes sold in the second quarter of 2007 in which 15,742 homes were sold in the state.
