process in Oklahoma covering residential
property. Monica Wittrock with teach you all
about the steps leading up to the
foreclosure and the entire process right up
to the Sheriff’s Sale. You’ll walk away
knowing all the traps to avoid, how to
assist homeowners in default, “short sales”,
deeds in lieu of foreclosure and the risks
involved in buying property at Sheriff’s
Sale.
The
Instructor
Monica
Wittrock is Vice President and Oklahoma
State Manager for First American Title
Insurance Company and President of First
American Title & Trust Company for the State
of Oklahoma. She was previously in private
practice in Oklahoma City, specializing in
real estate, banking and commercial law. She
received a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Oklahoma State University in 1979 and a
Juris Doctor degree from the University of
Oklahoma in 1982.
Wittrock is a member of the Oklahoma Bar
Association and the Oklahoma City Real
Property Lawyers Group. She is a Director
for The First National Bank in Midwest City
and chairs several banking compliance
committees. Wittrock was also nominated
to the newly-created Oklahoma Abstractors’
Board and currently serves as its Chairman. Wittrock is a frequent speaker
across Oklahoma
on topics including RESPA, Mortgage
Fraud and Predatory Lending, Basic and
Advanced Title Insurance, Section 1031
Exchanges, and Dealing with Foreign-Born
Homebuyers. |
