This 90 credit hour course satisfies the OREC’s pre-license education requirement and equips you with the information you need to pass the state pre-license exam.
Before you begin the pre-license course, it is recommended that you start the process for the mandatory background check. Waiting until you apply for your license could delay issuance for 30-60 days.
Once you complete the OAR pre-license course and pass the final exam, you are eligible to sit for the state licensing exam.
The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission requires that you bring proof of citizenship, a recent wallet-size photo and have your application notarized.
