Hello
again members and fellow REALTORS®,
Summer is heating up and I hope your business is as well.
This year is going by extremely fast. We’ve seen many changes during this year
in our business from changes in lender requirements, good faith estimates and
settlement statements, the end of the tax credit and interest rates bouncing
around. One thing is certain; there has never been a better time to have your
CRS designation. The classes are only one of the benefits to help navigate your
business through the tough markets. If you have questions about how to get your
designation you can either call or email me or visit
CRS.com for all
the requirements.
We have a two classes schedule for this fall that will get
you started toward earning your designation or for some of you it might be what
you need to finish up. On September 9 GTAR is sponsoring CRS 106:
Fundamentals of Real Estate Technology. Mike Selvaggio will make this class
both fun and informative. For more info you can visit
CRSOK.com or
TulsaRealtors.com.
During the
OAR Education Conference &
Trade Show our chapter will be sponsoring The New Negotiating Edge
with Ed Hatch. This class is designed to give an understanding of current and
innovative negotiating strategies.
Remember when you are sending out going referrals to use a
CRS. Your clients will appreciate you sharing with them the best in residential
real estate.
As always I’m here for you if you need me. Please feel free
to email or call me with your questions, concerns or ideas.
Sincerely,
Michelle Epps
