The Residential Specialist Magazine
Our magazine, The Residential Specialist, is a superior educational

Residential Specialist is published six times a year.
Education
Our CRS Courses, held nationwide throughout the year, offer you the
opportunity to learn key skills from the industry’s top professionals
and gain continuing education credit and the CRS Designation. It is

Chapters
Council members are eligible for membership in their State CRS Chapters,
which offer a wide variety of programs: locally sponsored education
events, social functions with great networking opportunities,
newsletters, state membership directories to encourage referrals,
community service projects and local promotion of the CRS Designation.
Members independently manage each Chapter.
