The Membership-At-Large packet includes an application, a copy of the Code of Ethics, a copy of OAR Bylaws, information on member services and a payment schedule for membership dues.

Your application will be processed through the Executive Committee. Once approved, you will be invoiced for the prorated dues. Upon receipt of your dues, a new member Welcome Package will be mailed. If you have any questions, please contact OAR.
