1. Does my password stay the same if I uninstall, then reinstall ZipForm®
Desktop?
Yes. On both OAR’s and ZipForm®’s Web sites, your password remains the same
as when you originally logged on.
2. Where do I add my local board’s library?
Select Tools, User Manager, Master, Properties, and then go to the Library
tab. Put a check mark next to the board library you wish to add. The
Oklahoma Real Estate Commission should already be checked.
3. On the 4-page Cover Sheet, when I entered the legal description under
“Lot” and “Block,” why doesn’t that information carry forward to the other
forms?
You must fill out the section near the top for a complete legal description
for it to transfer to other documents in the transaction.
