Statewide Education Calendar Help
The Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® is pleased to promote local education events across the state. This self-service administrative tool will allow you to add and edit your courses whenever you want!

This is the one statewide calendar to use when looking for other courses and to refer to when deciding on a date for your own event to avoid possible conflicts. Out of consideration for your members, we always ask that you attempt to plan your events around the REALTOR® Institute schedule so your members don't have to choose one over the other.

You're welcome to link to the calendar from your own Web site for your members' reference. Copy and paste the hyperlink below:

2.
First time ONLY

Go to:
http://www.OklahomaRealtors.com/MemberEvents/MEAccess.asp

This step "flags" you as an administrator to add, edit and delete events from this calendar. When you complete this step you'll be automatically taken to Step 3. In the future, after you login, whenever you visit the Member Events Page (Step 1), you will have administrative access.

3.
Add or edit your calendar event.
Here is where you add your event to the calendar or edit/delete an existing one.
http://www.OklahomaRealtors.com/MemberEvents

You can only edit or delete events you create.

4.
Add an event

Click on the blank paper icon next to the calendar heading.
If an entry in a field is too long, the resulting page may come back with an error message. Be concise, and use standard abbreviations when necessary.

Edit an event

Click on the paper/pencil icon next to your event. (Until you have created an event, you won't see this icon)

Delete an event

Click on the recycle bin icon next to your event. It is not necessary to delete an event after it is completed. After a period of time, calendar entries will expire on their own. (Until you have created an event, you won't see this icon)

Tips

  • Having the Registered ® appear after REALTOR or REALTORS is easily accomplished by holding down the Alt key while typing 0174. You can use this little trick in most programs!
  • Try typing your description in your word processor, then cut-and-pasting it into the form.
  • Be brief in your description. Rely on the hyperlink to your site for more details. The more a user sees on the screen, the more value that's given to every event.
