Provisional Sales Associates

Special Information for Provisional Sales Associates

  1. Taking GRI Modular Courses 101, 102, 201 and 202, in any sequence, will count toward the 45-hour post-licensing requirement for a Sales Associate License. Please note that the four modules must be completed to receive the 45 hours; no partial credit is awarded.

  2. At the Institute, you will need to check "Provisional Licensee" on the Sign-in Sheets.

  3. After your first module, you will be e-mailed a letter informing you of your test grade and, if you pass the exam, verifying that you have completed the course toward the GRI designation and toward the 45 hours for Provisional Sales Associates post licensing credit.

  4. After your fourth module, you will be sent a letter informing you of your test grade and, if you pass the exam, verifying that you have completed the course toward the GRI designation and post licensing credit. Under separate cover, you will be sent an Oklahoma Real Estate Commission certificate verifying completion of four Oklahoma REALTOR® Institute modules qualifying you for the 45 hours of post-licensing credit. Keep one certificate for your files and mail the other to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. You will also receive an OREC Application for Issuance of Real Estate License from Provisional to Sales Associate Active Status Request Form. OAR will send the OREC a copy of your certificate.
