This course will show you how to eliminate the obstacles that conspire to prevent you from getting to that next level, in your business and in your life. This course counts as one of the three designation courses required for the Performance Management Network (PMN) designation. Also counts as an ABR elective.

The PMN designation is dedicated to bringing you real-world skills, the know-how and tools that will keep your business out front and on top of an evolving market. Use the PMN designation to work toward others as well - you can earn credit toward the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations just for being a PMN designee. The Instructor

An incredibly sought after trainer, Barbara Fairfield delivers cutting edge information in a very humorous way. Fairfield entered the real estate business in 1980 and has been going non-stop ever since. She’s won numerous honors and awards including the Connecticut Association of REALTORS® Educator of the Year. She’s served on multiple NAR committees as well as Connecticut Association of REALTORS® committees and has chaired a number of those committees as well.

Fairfield is passionate about education having earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, the Certified Buyer Representative designation, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, Seller Representative Specialist designation and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
