| An active group at OAR, the Professional Development Committee is
considered the "host" for OAR continuing education offerings.
One of the their main functions is overseeing the monthly REALTOR® Institute modules and serving as monitors for other continuing education courses OAR sponsors. The committee also administers the Professional Designation Scholarship Fund where OAR members seeking a professional designation can receive partial tuition scholarships. Instructors who provide professional standards training for local boards originate from this group. They're also responsible for maintaining the educational library for members' use. |
