| As it states in the introduction of the OAR
Legislative Policy
Agenda, "the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® is committed to the
protection of private property rights as a philosophical and business
interest. The basic right to buy, sell, use and transfer real property
directly impacts our business…" and I would add, influences our way of life. To this end, this 2009–2010 Legislative Policy Agenda updates our positions and areas of interest concerning regulations that affect the real estate industry. We take very seriously our role in helping shape the legislative agenda to benefit Oklahoma’s property owners. The OAR Legislative Committee is meticulous in reviewing all proposed legislative actions and will be on the forefront to push or confront issues.
