| The Grievance Committee members must be thoroughly
conversant with the obligations imposed by the Code of Ethics and with the
Professional Standards procedures of the Association.
The committee examines ethics complaints or requests for arbitration to determine if it is properly presented and has the validity and substance to warrant a hearing. |
