The Contract Forms Committee will review the OAR-created forms available through OAR’s ZipForm® Library and otherwise make recommendations to the OAR Board of Directors for changes as well as for the creation of new transaction forms if necessary. The committee will likely meet several times a year, perhaps monthly. Terms are yet to be determined.
